Cancellation Policy
We require notice of at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any appointment, due to high demand on our stylists’ time and availability. Failure to comply will result in a 50% charge of the services scheduled.  No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
As a courtesy we will text and/or call you to remind you of your appointment ahead of time (text service must be opted into).  If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellations fees.
